American Liberty Mortgage, Inc. is seeking a strong executive assistant to enhances executive’s effectiveness by providing information management support; representing the executive to others.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Executive’s schedules, including day-to-day and long-term management of meetings, projects, and priorities
  • Schedule all meetings and travel, including prioritizing meetings and communicating all relevant details to participants
  • Balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines
  • Ensure Executives are prepared for upcoming appointments by gathering materials necessary for each meeting • Conduct, compile, and present research on potential partners and other topics
  • Serve as the first point of contact for a wide variety of high-level relationships between clients and community partners
  • Facilitate, build and monitor client relationships including tracking contacts in database and managing follow-up • Handle phone, email and postal mail inquiries and respond appropriately
  • Draft and edit correspondence, articles, reports and presentations; transcribe meeting notes
  • Coordinate and manage special projects, including working collaboratively with staff to ensure projects meet deadlines
  • Work as a member of the team, willingly providing backup support for co‐workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals

  • Demonstrate an awareness of fundamental business principles of mortgage loan origination as well as
  • Display proficiency using standard office equipment such as a computer, fax, scanner, etc. as well technology applications and digital communications mediums.
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency by quickly adapting to new technology and easily acquiring new technical skills

 Summary of Qualifications:

  • Proven organizational and time management skills to complete a high volume of varied responsibilities in a fast-paced setting with excellent attention to detail and the belief that no task is too big or too small
  • Superb communication skills (oral and written) with a confident, concise, clear and compelling style
  • Produce well thought‐out, professional correspondence free of grammatical and spelling errors
  • Proficient in all MS Office applications including, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidential/sensitive information.
  • Resourceful, strategic problem-solving ability with a fun, positive “can do” attitude and fun sense of humor
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

American Liberty Mortgage, Inc., a national correspondent lender, is seeking licensed Loan Originators to join our Orlando team.  3+ years’ experience in residential mortgage lending industry is preferred.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Loan Origination of residential mortgages
  • Knowledge of current loan products available and selecting products to best fit clients’ needs
  • Demonstrate a broad understanding of the real estate industry and lending best practices to effectively interpret and anticipate underwriting requirements and guidelines
  • Utilize analytical skills to effectively avoid “loan potholes” early in the process
  • Clear and effective communication to fellow team members, clients, and referral partners
  • Networking across the Orlando area real estate community
  • Providing “top notch” customer service to the client

Candidate Profile:

  • Calm demeanor with ability to maintain professionalism and steadiness of communication in often demanding and faced paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Work effectively without constant and direct supervision or guidance
  • Resourceful, strategic problem-solver with an upbeat attitude and a sense of humor
  • Produce well thought‐out, professional correspondence consistently with clients and partners
  • Demonstrate expert level knowledge of residential lending principles, mortgage loan origination ethics, and best practices.
  • Superb communication skills (oral and written) with a confident, concise, clear, and compelling style
  • NMLS Licensed and at least 3 years’ experience in residential mortgage lending
  • Community “Rolodex” of real estate partners and clients is a plus

Compensation: Compensation is commission based. Commission percentage split will be based on candidate’s abilities, prior experience, and performance.  This position offers full benefits including competitive health insurance and 401k program.
